InstaNotified uses per-active-employee pricing. Only employees with activity during a billing period are charged. Inactive employees on your roster are free.

## Per-Employee Plan (Recommended)

### Included Usage (Per Active Employee, Pooled)

- SMS: ~100 segments/month per active employee
- Voice calls: ~30 minutes/month per active employee
- AI voice agent: ~5 minutes/month per active employee
- AI requests: ~50 requests/month per active employee

Usage is pooled across your team. If you have 100 active employees, your total SMS pool is ~10,000 segments. One employee might use 200, another 10 — it balances out.

### Overage Rates

- SMS: $0.02/segment
- Voice calls: $0.03/minute
- AI voice agent: $0.20/minute
- AI requests: $0.02/request

We notify you at 75% and 90% usage before any overage charges apply.
